I would like to draw the attention of the users that if you use the special permissions and in the program settings a checkbox "Validate working groups against general access settings" is added, it will be impossible to add in the working group "All users".
The system will alert that not all the users have an access. It is an unpleasant thing that hopefully is corrected in the following releases. From my own unpleasent experience under shifting to 2.1.: during a document creation in a box "Signed" an author specifies habitually a person who WILL sign the document. After the specification of the signer " result" and "signature date" become unavailable for everyone except the author of this record and administrator. There is no individual role for this permissions.
